My name is Elisa Argent, a passionate writer based in Antwerp, Belgium. My journey in writing is an adventure of many years, so far, in which I continually challenge myself to create unique perspectives and compelling stories. On this website you can learn more about my inspirations, my writing process, and the motivations behind my work.
My writing process
For me, writing is a personal process, and for everything I write I consider myself the first audience. The stories I write begin with a spark of an idea that grows into a plot outline to test it's narrative potential and then turns into a fully-fledged story.
I love to dive deep into research and I really like to explore the depths of the universe in which my stories take place. I'm not joking, I've had wedding colours picked out for one of my main couples since 2016.
I build detailed worlds, and equally complex characters that readers will remember and relate to. Every word is chosen with care and every scene adds value to the story to create an experience that is entertaining to whoever reads it.
